it has extremely polite, amicable staff. the king room is impressive and has climate control, a safe, and a mini-bar.

Delicious meals, overall everything was exceptional.

The location was good and I could use private parking on site. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe, a mini bar fridge and coffee/tea making equipment...

the bartenders were unfriendly and charged us for drinks we didn’t order. but the restaurant had delicious menu options and staff who were highly trained. also, the decor in the hotel was beautifully done and the overall vibe was great.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Dallas. Had special 1 night in this hotel that's why I loved that. There were neat, extremely spacious rooms with the big bathtub for the old lady, refrigerator and good amenities. The location was comfortable and perfect - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. Also, a large public park was 2 miles away from the venue. The airport was 10 minutes drive away.

I was blown away by the vibrant decor that filled the hotel! Plus, the rooftop pool gave us amazing views of the Dallas skyline while we sipped cocktails in the sun.

We enjoyed the pool club with great drinks and a fun jazz band. Don't miss the local shops and entertainment nearby! A fantastic getaway.

The only downside was that the curtains in the room didn't open wide enough for a great view.

The pool area was good, like a tropical paradise. I adored the fine decor that mixed modern charm with classic elegance.

Amazing vibes and comfy stay!

The drinks were great, and the location was super convenient. The pool area was like a tropical escape, and the bartenders were so friendly. I loved how the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Just wish the club got a lil loud at night, made it tough to relax sometimes.

The grand king suite with balcony was gorgeous, and we set up some room service items before arrival that the staff executed perfectly. Plus, the pool area was fine-definitely a highlight of our stay. It's also conveniently located near great spots to grab a classic drink like the penincilina.

I appreciated the speedy room service, with solidly good meals served warm. The fitness facilities were a standout.

Though the overall experience was nice, I did notice some areas where attention could improve.

I really enjoyed my stay! This place is unique and upscale, which suited me perfectly. the location couldn't be better, and the staff were friendly and super helpful. 😊.

Couples looking for fun getaway

The staff were really good, especially the front desk guy, super friendly and helpful, gave us an upgrade without even asking. Plus, there was this amazing birthday cake waiting in the room for me, complete with truffles and macarons. Reminded me of a real treat, and let me tell you, it was delicious!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.
